"I spoke with Chris and was skeptical because State Farm has been expensive in the past, but we went over my current coverage and found some things that weren't covered as good as I wanted them to be and after everything was said and done he got me a FAR superior policy and actually saved me money. I'm serious. Doubled my liability coverage on collision, lowered my deductible on comp, then helped me put together coverage for my home that touched all the bases and the final cost was significantly less than my old provider. I just figured it up and he is saving me over $400 a year... with more coverage and lower deductible. It's a no-brainer, give him a call and risk that 10 mins of time because I bet he'll save you some money and he may save you from a bad policy that isn't actually covering you. Hit a $50k car with $25k coverage and see how fast things turn bad for you! Call him and get a check up!!!"

"I have not switched car insurance in years because shopping around is anxiety inducing for me. "I tried to leave a review before but was asked to remove it because they didn't want a bad review on their company. I understand that! I removed it because I was trying to be kind. HOWEVER, she did not do anything to help me with my policy. She only said a few sweet words. I had been with this company for 15 years and she couldn't do anything? I'm older, no bad records, i.e., no tickets, no wrecks, nothing. I own a 1999 and the trailer I live in. $70 a month? $460+ for 6 months? When I started with this agent, my payments were $40 and some change. For simply liability. I'm not saying she's a bad person. I'm just saying (my agent) didn't give my policy a sincere look and try to help. I'm sorry, but I believe you need a 'friend' (agent) to write your policy if you want your needs met in this world today. I miss the good ones who took time and knew you by name. Do better! Be better!"

"Hello Lori. Thank you for your review, however, in all fairness, many things you said are not true. I've spoken with you (hence I do know you, and your name) and reviewed your Auto policy on multiple occasions. Every time, as I do with every customer, I am looking for maximizing your coverage and for ways to lower your out-of-pocket cost. Why? Because I know both are important to you! In one of our reviews, we determined you were not receiving the 'defensive driving discount.' I suggested you take the course, so you'd received the discount. And, if you remember, I pre-paid the course for all of my customers, so you didn't have to pay the fee. I realize this is a public forum, and I do want to respect you. However, I would have been happy to take another look at your policy to see if we could affect change, but you did not reach out. You must understand, insurance rates are based on several criteria, but primarily driving record and credit score. And even more, the Company determines the rate, not me. As for me, and my Team, we are a GREAT group of people who go above and beyond on a daily basis to help our customers. And we do it with a big heart and are grateful to help those who are appreciative of what we do. I want you to know, there are MANY!! I do wish you all the best with whomever you choose to do business with in the future. Kindest regards."
